Sauce consisted of about 2 parts mayo, 1 part ketchup, 1 part mustard, some pickle juice, diced pickles and paprika.

How TF do y’all cook shit that looks this good? When I try to make a burger at home it comes out like it could be used as a weapon. Tried smash, always curls up, thicker ones get way too cooked on the outside and not enough inside (it be blue not pink)
