Not the fanciest setup, but really happy with this one this morning. Dialled for sweetness and body rather than max intensity. Shot came out balanced with a solid crema and that caramel/chocolate thing I usually chase.
Still tweaking consistency day to day, curious what changes you’d make first when a shot looks like this?

To me a simple espresso with its crema tastes better than any latte…
