Ingredients

320g bread flour
250g Greek yogurt can use natural also
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt

Method
Sift your flour and baking powder into a big bowl and add the rest of the ingredients giving it a good mix until everything is evenly combined.

Now knead the dough for 2 ½ to 5 minutes until it feels less sticky and feels more elasticated.

Lightly flour your kitchen top and divide into 6 or how ever you like.

Roll thinly and cook in a dry pan over a high heat until you see bubble forming on the surface and is golden brown underneath and flip cooking on the other side until golden once again and enjoy 🙌
