Ingredients
➡️ 50 pieces / 2 cups / 300gr grape tomatoes
➡️ 1 medium onion
➡️ 1-2 garlic cloves
➡️ ¼ cup olive oil
➡️ 1 teaspoon oregano
➡️ 1 teaspoon salt
➡️ 2 cups / 300gr pearl couscous
➡️ ½ cup / 100gr kalamata olives
➡️ 1 cup / 100gr feta cheese
➡️ a bunch fresh parsley
➡️ 1 lemon (¼ cup juice)
