It sounds great but it's not Alfredo sauce. Alfredo sauce has 3 ingredients cheese pasta water and butter There is no cream in Alfredo sauce. You are making a cream sauce but it's not Alfredo sauce.
Always loved an alfredo recipe and alfredo stuffed shells has been around for years so not sure if you're trying to imply this is your invention but my gallstones won't allow me to eat stuff like this anymore so it was cool being reminded what I can't eat. Lol
