



This afternoon I meal prepped some food for the next day or so.
Black Beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlicn and kale. Added cumin and salsa. Simmered for 30-40 minutes.
Cabbage, carrots, zucchini, edamame kimchi and corn saute.
Zucchini, onions, garlic , tomatoes, kale, white beans and Italian herbs. Roasted at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
Spaghetti sauce with garlic gloves.
Roasted sweet potatoes.
Blueberry and blackberry almond flour cobbler.

Looks wonderful! Will you share your recipe or process for the berry cobbler? I’ve been trying to make these lately with frozen berries to substitute for others sweet side like with no fruit. Haven’t found an easy way to get a good texture.
