Green Onions 5.5oz ($1.09), 1 dozen eggs ($1.85), and 3 pounds long grain white rice ($2.95).

Cut up some of your green onions into small pieces and sauté them in your oil or butter of choice. Crack two eggs on top. Add spices (I used pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes). Add a splash or two of soy sauce. Cook the eggs to your preference and then serve over half a cup of white rice. Sunny side up is great because you can let the yolk seep into the rice!

You’ll have plenty of ingredients leftover to repeat the meal multiple times or use them for other things (especially the rice)

Damn this brought me back. Probably haven’t had or even seen this since I was a teenager when my best friend’s mom would make it.

Classic! Add some soy sauce and you got your jazzed up “struggle” Asian meal

Yum! This is one of my favorite breakfasts and midnight snacks. Always satisfying. I always drown mine in hot sauce.
