    Forgot to mention – The other scraps got boiled while making the Cracklins so the dog can have some extra treats with his kibble 🙂

    I like to par-freeze loin (1-2 hours) then super thin slice it.

    I portion 5oz packets for bulgogi or stir fry with veggies over rice.

    I portion 8oz packets for Philly Cheese hero with wiz and onions. A dash of Worcestershire or A1 sauce gives the pork a beefy, umami flavor.
