    I used to use cast iron exclusively, then got a steel pan and haven’t gone back.

    I personally feel that I can get similar results with all pans (cast iron, stainless & carbon steel).

    I just got a set of strata clad CS pans a couple months ago and I’ve been loving them for pretty much everything. Pretty similar to my stainless pans but they just have a CS top layer.
