Racipe : Kheer
🔸 Boiled Rice : 2 cups
🔸dry milk : 4 tbsp
🔸 Rusk : 6_7
🔸 Water : 300 ml
Blend all of these together
Then Add
🔸 Milk : 1 litre
🔸 Blended mixer
And cook on medium flame 🔥 while stirring after few minutes.
Then make the caramelized sugar
🔸 Sugar 1 cup
put sugar in a pen and put the pen on slow heat and let the sugar melt until it is in golden colour.

Then add the caramelise sugar direct into the Kheer. And keep on staring until the kid has mixed dissolved all the caramelised sugar and it is thickened a little bit.. save it in a ball and serve cold ✨✨🤌.

  1. Vai English Mai recipe hai kya? I mean Kuch chije aapne mentioned Kiya uska Matlab nahi samajh Aya. And chawal Kya kohi specific type ka loon? Aapne powdered milk ke Baad Kya Dala?

  2. No need for milk powder n I use bread instead of rusk and add cardamom powder. Bread gives better n consistent flavor everytime. And my whole khandan has learnt it from me so…. And if you only skip the rice part you get the heavenly tasty flavored milk you can drink chilled
