HIGH PROTEIN TACO SALAD BOWL
3 ounces (85g) extra lean ground turkey taco meat
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1-2 cups chopped romaine
1/2 cup (50g) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons (45g cottage cheese)
1-2 tablespoons pickled onions
1/4 cup (35g) chopped avocado
4-5 (14g) tortilla chips

Layer everything into a big bowl (except for the chips) and stir until well combined. Top with crushed chips and enjoy!
