I finally tried this type of cake (I made number cakes before but not with linzer). The cake was soft and ready after 24 hours.

Wow! Very impressive looking!!! Nice job picking out ripe strawberries- always sad to see under ripe ones. Is that caramel popcorn with the blueberries and strawberries? This must have taken ages, all of that piping is even done so carefully! I’d have to agree with HippieChick this is a work of art!
