

This is what I cooked on the 22 master touch, last night. I tried the weber rib rack for the first time and didn't like how it was cooking so I removed it.
I batch cooked frozen burgers from aldi for my son for the week. Then we par cooked the ribs in the oven then finished them off on the weber.
Finally I made burgers from omaha steaks. (Got it from my MIL for Christmas).
For the cook used the upside down vortex in the middle and went indirect then reverse seared at the end.
I used the small chimney from Kingsford with b&b (the new bag).
