EASTON, Pa. – For 20 years Sette Luna has charmed guests with Italian cuisine on Ferry Street in Easton.
“Seeing the smiles on satisfying guests. Just being able to do what we love has really just made it a blur. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years,” said Owner and Chef, Josh Palmer.
Palmer said it’s also been a labor of love.
“I started as a redhead, as you can see, I’m not anymore,” he joked. “It’s a lot of great memories, trials and tribulations, the heartache with long hours.”
So Sunday was a time to celebrate, the hard work and memories made along the way.
With live music, drinks and food, lots and lots of good food.
“I think the energy, it’s family, it’s friends, just being able to do what I love to do for so long,” said Palmer. “I couldn’t do it without the support of everybody here and all of our guests throughout the years.”
The celebration is only getting started. On September 13th Easton will celebrate Festa Italiana.
“Festa Italiana is going to feature all Italian food, Italian drinks, Italian events. We’re going to have a spaghetti eating contest, an amateur chef contest, a chef competition as well,” said event organizer, Stephanie Altieri.
All things Italian.
But, first, a toast to 20 years.
