  4. I made this dish tonight and am happy to say it looked just as good as yours!☺️
    The chicken was so tender but the flavor wasn’t quite there, it seemed a bit bland if I’m being honest maybe I missed an ingredient?
    Please don’t be offended I did not intend to do that, I loved how you had all the ingredients in order of cooking but I was missing something.

    Chicken fillets
    Soy sauce
    Dark soy sauce
    Oyster sauce
    Brown sugar
    Corn starch
    Mix these with chicken only

    Fry slices ginger
    Salt
    Bok choy cook for for a few minutes remove
    Add oil
    Add the chicken
    Add garlic
    Add a touch of rice wine
    Sauce sauce
    Oyster sauce
    Add corn starch slurry
    Cook for a few minutes add the green onion
    Add bok choy stir and serve

For future recipes it would be helpful if the directions were actually written down in the description (like a real recipe), the same as how you wrote down the ingredients.   8. It would be nice if you list the amount of ingredients you use to make this delicious dish. I have an apple Ipad, and I can’t stop the video to see the amount of ingredients you use for the chicken and vegetables. It takes me back to the beginning of the recipe.
    Maybe I just don’t no how to use my apple IPad

  9. Absolutely amazing recipe!! Just made half the recipe, and I'm sorry I didn't make the full recipe, as I finished it in one sitting!! The chicken tasted like steak, and the sauce was amazing!! Totally a winner!
