GREAT texture, not too sweet (in fact it was maybe one of the least sweet CCCs I’ve had), high quality chocolate, and the cookie overall had an almost toasted/earthy flavour. Delicious! I had it with a matcha – a very enjoyable early afternoon pick-me-up.
