    Great but definitely never carve meat with a serrated knife, if you can help it. You lose so much juice and grain texture.

    Steak knives in restaurants have always been goofy it’s just because no restaurant is going to give you a knife with an actual edge because it’s cheaper to just use serrated blades that you don’t need to spend time sharpening.
