But it can be turned into a delicious reduction that’s much better and cheaper than buying the authentic balsamic. And here’s how to do it.
Use this reduction in any recipe that calls for balsamic vinegar, and taste the difference a few minutes makes!
Store in an airtight container or in its original bottle in a cool, dark place for up to a month. Goes great on Caprese salad or any of my Caprese recipes!
