Just recently potted these up into happy frog potting soil from hydroponic coir sponges. These are on several different varieties of peppers. Any thoughts on how to treat and prevent this would be amazing! Thank you all for your advice!

    Mine did this exact thing when I got a bad case of Thrips. Also using FF soils.

    Inconsistent watering can cause nutrient deficiencies and can make them more susceptible to pests and diseases. Wavy, curling, bumpy, misshapen leaves is a symptom of inconsistent watering. Either over or under-watering or swings between both. It can also cause your leaves to get sunscald-like patches. When you aren’t watering properly your plants can’t absorb and utilize nutrients efficiently. I’ll attach a video that many find helpful.
