Delicious oysters from Bow and Stern in Abbotsford BC, Canada on the West coast. I tried margarita sauce with pepper, along with horseradish, Tabasco and vinaigrette sauce. the margarita sauce with pepper was new and awesome and I'd highly recommend it. 🤤

What kind of oysters? And how did they taste? I find myself leaning to the plump, briny varieties but I can never remember the names relating to taste. I need to start keeping a log. 🙂
