What are your opinions on these peppers that have been stuffed with cheese or meat, and put in a jar with oil?
I’ve always known them as “Pepper Delights” no matter the brand, and they’re delicious. I’ve never had an opportunity to eat one that was homemade, only out of the jar (or the little single serve ones they sell at corner stores that are sealed in plastic).

Aldi’s Stuffed Sweet Picante Peppers with Cream Cheese were the best stuffed peppers I’ve ever tasted. The green pepperoncini ones are the worst stuffed pepper I’ve ever tasted.
It all depends on if the flavor profile works between the pepper and what it is stuffed with for me.
I have never had them, Now I must find some!
