So I tried the “Nashville hot” wings at Noble’s in Nashville last week. They were featured in southern living which I wouldn’t normally pay attention to, but they looked so good. Marinated, smoked, fried. So delicious, so juicy, so hot, so crispy. Plus pickles. Maybe the best wings I’ve had and I will be back on all future Nashvegas trips. The house made ranch was great and superior to the blue cheese and the loaded potato salad cooled the palate nicely. Fried green tomatoes were fine

Looks fantastic
Would love to try those for sure!
Noble’s being featured in Southern Living is well deserved if they are marinating smoking and then frying those wings. That three step process builds so many layers of flavor. The house ranch on the side is a nice touch too since Nashville hot needs a good cool down dip. How does the heat level compare to something like Prince’s or Hattie B’s?
Noble’s doing the marinated smoked then fried method is exactly how Nashville hot wings should be done. That triple process builds so many flavor layers. House ranch over blue cheese is bold but a good house-made ranch with that heat level just works. Loaded potato salad and fried green tomatoes sound like the perfect sides. How does the heat compare to Prince’s or Hattie B’s?
