Needs the charcoal grate, the ash tray, and a handle cover. But for $10 I really can’t complain. 22 inch also. what should I cook first?

In great shape all things considered. First thing should be chicken

The hinged grill goes well with one basket.

    If I can stuff a $20 in a strippers string I can buy a grill for $10

Looks like it’s missing the ā€œone touchā€ ash cleaner/ vent controller on the bottom.

My old 2011 kettle doesn’t have one either (long since rusted away) so less temp control. It’s my dedicated vortex chicken wings/thighs and party ribs grill so all vents would be wide open anyway. I’d recommend the same.

Nice. I find the ash buckets corrode and leak sooner than I like. And after pricing them, I went with a much less galvanized pail that I set under the bowl.

I agree that chicken is a good first cook. I recommend spatchcock. Might also consider the Cornell Chicken marinade. But even sprinkling a little salt and pepper and perhaps some sage and it will be great!

Can get replacement parts online. I was at Weber’s website recently because the bottom vent of my 22″ Kettle had seized up pretty bad and was looking into cutting out the old one and putting in a new one. I think it was only $35 for the bottom vent assembly. I ended up getting the old one freed up, then cleaned up and greased up so it slides back and forth much better now.
