




Tried something different this weekend and turned a Reuben into a sausage.
Corned beef (coarse grind)
Well-drained sauerkraut (pressed dry so it wouldn’t wreck the bind)
Smoked Swiss, small dice
Guinness reduced down to a syrup
Natural hog casings
Honestly… this might replace the sandwich for me.
