One of Southwest Florida’s favorite Italian restaurants is trading in its usual dinner rush for a dose of mob-era nostalgia.

Enzo’s is hosting “A Sit Down With The Sopranos,” an immersive dining and live show experience inspired by the legendary HBO series The Sopranos.

The event pairs a four-course Italian dinner with an up-close conversation featuring actors from the iconic show. Guests are treated to classic Italian dishes crafted to mirror the comfort food that made the series famous, from rich pasta to savory sauces and traditional flavors.

Chef John Rochelle is behind the menu and said authenticity starts with the basics.

“Good Italian food has good pasta, good sauce and seasoning. From there, you can begin stacking and adding more things. It shouldn’t be complicated,” Rochelle said.

Beyond the food, the night includes a live discussion with the actors, who share behind-the-scenes stories, unscripted moments from set and memories from one of television’s most influential dramas. The evening wraps with a Q and A session, giving fans a chance to ask their own questions.

One of the actors appearing is Oksana Lada, who played Irina in The Sopranos. She said she is still surprised by the show’s staying power more than two decades later. “What’s surprising is that the younger generation is now coming up to me saying they recognize me. The writing was so good that people still watch and talk about it,” Lada said.

Enzo’s owner, David Brain, said bringing the event to his restaurant feels personal.

“I grew up watching The Sopranos. Having this event take place in my restaurant is such an honor. It’s great to blend authentic Italian food and The Sopranos in one place,” Brain said.

The event blends Italian cuisine with television history, creating a night that feels part dinner, part fan convention and part live performance.

Organizer Danny Provenzano said it as both a celebration of Italian culture and a tribute to one of the most iconic series ever made.

“I’ve been doing this up north for a while. I moved down here and realized there’s also a huge fan base here. This is the first one we’re doing here and I’m excited to show everyone what it’s about.”

Whether guests are longtime fans of the show or just looking for an unforgettable night out, “A Sit Down With The Sopranos” is shaping up to be one of Bonita Springs’ most talked-about events this week.

The event takes place Tuesday, at 6 p.m. Tickets are available here.
