Chef Phillip Frankland Lee (Sushi by Scratch and Pasta Bar) and professional skateboarder Neen Williams just opened their cult-favorite wagyu smash burger restaurant NADC Burger, which stands for Not a Damn Chance, in Westwood Village. The duo debuted NADC in Austin, Texas, operating out of a bar before moving into their own space in 2023. Since then, the restaurant has expanded across the country with locations in New York City, Chicago, Denver, and more.
On the menu at the Westwood Village location, find NADC’s signature double patty wagyu burger topped with American cheese, onions, and jalapeños; a kids’ version comes with just meat, cheese, and bun. The slim restaurant also offers beef tallow fries that can be made “beast mode” with the addition of cheese, diced pickles, jalapeños, and the house burger sauce. Brown butter chocolate chip cookies are available for dessert.
NADC Westwood Village is currently open seven days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
