Wow they have a great selection!

(1) Eataly has moved the canned fish and fish products from near the registers into a dedicated set of shelves near the refrigerated meats and cheeses – which is great! They have expanded the canned seafood shelf space and also have room for pretty displays 😀
(2) Lots of flavors of Callipo jarred tuna, and all the clam juice you could ever want
(3) So many jars – as you move left you head into Anchovy Central
(4-5) SO MANY ANCHOVIES – 3 shelves of fish, from oil to fillets to paste
(6) The base of the first set of shelves is reserved for other seafoods and canneries like As Do Mar, Wildfish and Ekone, but still some Callipo sneaks in
(7-8) An excellent selection of Anchovy fillets – and next to them, Anchovy Essence dressing
(9) OH they almost got me with these Callipo Chili peppers stuffed with tuna – but I kept my $20 in my pocket for now. I’ll be back, for sure
(10) Refrigerated fish is just steps away

I have to keep a strong hold on my discipline in Eataly – or see a huge chunk of cash swim away.
Fortunately I had spent the day reorganizing my pantry, so I had more discipline NOT to bring home new fish.
But I will be back – and soon!

Great selection – I’ll need to visit the Eataly in my area and see what’s up. I also want to say that the jarred Callipo Ventresca in Olive Oil is stupid good. Pricey, but one of my favorite jars.
