Banh Mi’licious serves up authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Kalihi

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A new restaurant is serving up classic Vietnamese cuisine in Kalihi.

From sandwiches to pho, owner Jasmine Nguyen Huff serves up dishes that are deeply intertwined with her childhood.

Aside from the bread, Huff is in the kitchen making everything from scratch, including a secret sauce that tops her banh mi.

Huff also specializes in pho, simmering the broth for 12 hours and letting it rest for another five hours.
