  1. Thank you so much for watching and for the wonderful comments! I'm still catching up on replying but I will get to them all shortly. 🧡

  2. I make my own sprouted cashew nut milk cuz the store bought kind has processed ingredients in ot that can cause cancer cornstarch is really bad for people there's other natural ways you can thicken pudding without using cornstarch

  3. As a non vegan who tried a similar recipe … i will say thag my taste buds pushed the final product from my mouth to the plate. I dont know … mine was grose

  4. Would a double boiler be good for the cooking part? Have you considered using a fiber powder as a thickener? By the way, great videos!

  5. I'm curious to try freezing these like pudding pops to see if that comes out well. Sometimes I just want an ice cold chocolate treat.

  6. I like to make my own non dairy milk with cashews or almonds. It's so easy, much tastier and costs pennies.

  7. My friend Kathy Gori taught me how to make desserts using the liquid from chickpeas last year. She included recipes from her recent cookbook. I was really impressed with how tasty they turned out!

  8. Oh I love this, what is there not to love, cant wait to try it now Ive seen it, thank you for posting this,

  9. Looks super yummy, thank u. I could actually use it as a filling for cake also coz i never knew how to do that…

  10. You couldn't pay me to eat that. Have you ever heard of paraquat? It's one of the largest pesticides they use on peas lentils beans. There was a huge lawsuit that they had from americans. It kills out the dopamine receptors causing parkinson's. I'm not joking sweetie. I care for humans. All of us. I don't care who you are. I don't care what your belief is. I don't care if you're a girl or a guy young or old. Doesn't matter. I care about people. Please.

You couldn't pay me to eat even labeled organic. Wouldn't trust it.

  11. Are the dates necessary for the structure, or could one use some other form of sugar instead?

  12. It’s pretty much what we English mob used to call a ‘Blancmange’ . Except yours is a Noirmange 😊

  13. I’m very happy this came through my feed. I have never seen your channel before so I’m definitely gonna try this today. Thank you for sharing just a quick tip. You can always soften your dates in the microwave. Start with 15 seconds and then do 5 to 10 second intervals until they’re the softness that you want. I have subscribed and look forward to more recipes. Thank you.

  14. This recipe looks amazing…but I don't want to use cornstarch, as I am a type 2 diabetic…I'm thinking of substituting xanthan gum for the thickening agent… I also need to avoid soy, and I am not a vegan…so I guess I'll just use regular whole milk…thank you for the recipe…I have several cans of chickpeas in my cupboard! ❤

  15. Warning dont eat too much of this wonderful cake or you will fart for hours!! small amounts will lessen the possibility of farting

  16. Oooh…🤤 My partner has been making batch after batch of chocolate pudding made with avocados, cocoa powder and maple syrup lately. It's reminiscent of Snack Pack, but I like the thickness of this chickpea version, so we'll definitely give it a try.

  17. It looks gorgeous. But could I use arrowroot powder instead? (As I have some fairly fresh arrowroot powder in my pantry, and I'd like to use it, if poss.)

  18. can the dates be replaced with something else? they are too expensive and hard to find in my country :c

  19. 2:29 please do not use any soy products. They are so high in estrogen, you will throw your hormones off so bad. Also a good tip is coffee enhances the chocolate flavor.
