Of course, I would divide this up into 1lb chunks and freeze. We go through a decent amount of ground beef in my house, so I have no doubt we will use all this up. I just have never seen a 10lb tube before.

I used to get 80/20 for $2.50/lb, but the best I’ve seen recently is $4/lb

If you can find 73/27 it’s possibly what the store grinds and is usually a higher percentage of lean and better quality meat overall. At least that’s what my Fry’s told me and it’s not always available.
