Been a while, here is a cabbage and beef casserole

Don’t mind the stove, the onions and tomato sauce tried to jump ship while my 2 year old “helped” me cook everything in the skillet before baking haha. Cocktail was 1.5 shots Bacardi, then topped off with the remainder of a pineapple coconut ICE beverage, with a splash of Vlasic sweet gherkins pickle juice. Super tasty, highly recommend.
