had a couple after work and made this badboy before it started turning too grey in the fridge.i couldn’t have been bothered to cut it i just waited till it was cooled and started muching. douglas liked it too i think. strip steak, accidentally started cooking at 450, cooked to 135 the rest of the way at 275 and hit with reverse sear. wonderful medium rare.
