Cheddar, orange sauce, bacon and onion jam, pickles, tomato and two onion rings on the bun.
Was very good for a first timer.

I have never been served a burger with a knife skewering it. What is going on with all of these knife burgers? The first thing the customer has to do is remove the knife. Wouldn’t a toothpick work better? This is so weird.
