Smoked a ham on the kettle and made a pulled ham sandwich. Pulled ham, havarit cheese, balsamic sautéed mushrooms, a healthy dose of Dijon mustard, between toast sour dough. Served with Jalapeño poppers stuffed with brie cheese, topped with blueberry preserves, chopped walnuts, and a little thyme 😎

    Just curious, how did you come up with the recipe? I know how to smoke meat, but then I rely on my wife to build an actual meal around it.
