TYSONS, VA – A new Mediterranean restaurant and lifestyle destination will open at Capital One Center in Tysons in late 2026. La Omri will occupy approximately 7,500 square feet of street-level retail space. The location is directly across from Capital One Hall and near the McLean Metro Station.

La Omri will operate as a hybrid dining and social venue. It will integrate a refined culinary program with a beverage and nightlife component. The restaurant will feature a chef-driven Mediterranean menu, focusing on modern interpretations of regional classics. Premium sourcing, technique-focused preparation, and elevated presentation will be emphasized.

A 24-seat bar will anchor the beverage program. This bar will support daily traffic and corporate demand. It will offer handcrafted cocktails and a curated wine selection aligned with the restaurant’s Mediterranean identity.

Private dining is a strategic element of the concept. La Omri will offer multiple dedicated private rooms. These rooms are designed to accommodate executive meetings, corporate functions, and special events.

On weekends, La Omri plans to introduce entertainment-driven evening programming. This will allow the venue to transition from a dinner environment into a nightlife experience. This dual-purpose operating model reflects consumer demand for experiential dining destinations.

Ramzi Iskandar, founder and president of IRG Concepts, said La Omri represents a natural evolution in their approach to hospitality development. Iskandar added that Tysons continues to emerge as a significant mixed-use market. He also stated that Capital One Center offers an integrated ecosystem of corporate, entertainment, and lifestyle demand.

Mike Saadi, a La Omri Executive partner, expressed enthusiasm for the project. Saadi said Tysons continues to establish itself as a dynamic market. He added that they are excited to introduce La Omri at Capital One Center. Saadi also stated that they look forward to contributing to the area’s growing dining and hospitality landscape.

Erin Mical, vice president at Capital One, stated that La Omri will offer the experiences and vibrant atmosphere their associates and community are looking for. Mical added that the IRG Concepts leadership team has an enchanting vision for dining, design, and programming. She said this vision will elevate Capital One Center’s retail and entertainment offerings.
