Well hello again darlings. I have a brand new recipe video for you – a posh, hot honey fig burrata dish! The figs are caramelised in spicy hot honey and orange zest, and placed on top of a bed of prosciutto and burrata, finally topped with toasted pistachios and rosemary.

This dish is incredible if I do say so myself, the flavours and also the aromas are to die for. I highly recommend you try this recipe out for yourselves. Enjoy!
