I’m pretty sure this is that woman who goes around intentionally provoking service workers over petty stuff. There’s one where she’s harassing the hostess at a restaurant over sitting outside, and another where she’s downright cruel to a transporter at an airport after she demanded a wheelchair and to be pushed to her gate.
I think her name is Fatima, but I’m not positive.
