Chuck roast 137 for about 32 hours, chilled and then seared. Pommes annna which did not get any color. And an homage to the person who had picked garlic on lettuce there is a pickled garlic green goddess salad.

Also first time trying pickled garlic and it’s delicious

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

First, any more details about the meat, appreciated. If there are any garlic police here, ignore them. Ignore ignore ignore. They are a bunch of dickheads.

But tell us how good the meat is compared to a ribeye, a New York strip, or whatever.

Tell me more about this pickled garlic green goddess salad? Did you make all that?

Green goddess salad is lovely. Amazing spring/summer recipe. But my question is… was it noticeably worth it after 32h? Because I will… but is it that much better 🤔.
