Here’s one I got from a newish place in Vancouver at DANTE Italian Sandwich.
Called the Italiana:
Prosciutto Crudo, Prosciutto cotto, stracciatella cheese, truffle spread, and arugula.

I know I’m gonna be downvoted for this, but I really don’t love raw prosciutto. It’s so gamey and chewy- like meaty bubblegum to me. I love it cooked on a pizza or crisped up like bacon. So this is a no for me, BUT it looks incredibly delicious! Like perfect meat to bread to greens ratio. Wow!
