✨Ingredients

Fajita Seasoning

•1tbsp Garlic powder
•1tbsp Onion Powder
•1tbsp Paprika Powder
•2tsp Cumin Powder
•1tsp Coriander Powder
•1tsp Black pepper Powder
•2tsp Cayenne pepper Powder
•1tsp Oregano
•1tsp Dried Parsley
•1tsp Salt

•2lb skinless boneless Chicken thighs/or breast, cut into long strips
•2tbsp of prepared Fajita Seasoning
•2tbsp Olive Oil
•2tbsp Lemon Juice

For Sauce
•90g (6tbsp) Sour Cream
•30g (2tbsp) kewpie Mayonnaise
•prepared fajita seasoning
•15ml (1tbsp) Lemon juice
•1tsp Chili Sauce (Optional)

•80g mixed Bell peppers (red, yellow, green orange) cut into thinly strips or diced
•100g (1 medium Onion) thinly sliced
•15ml (1tbsp) Olive Oil
•3g (1/2tsp) Salt

To Assemble
•6-8 Large Tortillas
•300g Mixed cheese (mozzarella + cheddar)
•chicken and vegetable mixture
•Sprinkle with more cheese
•Drizzle a little sauce
•Brush on top with 30ml (2tbsp) butter or oil
