Alright! Finally my time to shine! So I took Capsaicin supplements for a month, then I started getting pyuria – turns out that the herbal supplements don’t necessarily have food safety standards that actual foods do, I actually was experiencing extreme inflammation of my kidneys, so I would say making your own pepper tablets is safer than buying them premade in the herbal health supplement section. Edit: the supplement got tested, fertilizers and pesticide residue. Edit: For those asking “why on God’s green Earth would you take a chili powder supplement to begin with?”, I can explain: I was an athletic 16-year-old and I received misinformation from a new age website that chili was a great natural boost to the metabolism and I was trying to cut weight for wrestling, so I bought them, reflecting back 21 years later, no, I would never recommend this anyone. Yes, teenagers are gullible and make poor decisions, the sun rises in the east, water is wet.

Why tf would anyone in their right mind take pepper supplements 😂😂😂😂 just eat the damn pepper. The only thing ur doing is just getting the capsaicin straight to ur stomach.

Lol ghost pepper with reapers on the tin. Just– idk if that’s even pepper in there.

if it’s herb and spice I assume you’re supposed to mix it in a dish

That pill would go well with a cement mixer shot. Depth charge the curdling milk in your stomach. Ride out the wave.

Just shove the whole capsule up into your nasal cavity and let it slowly dissolve

Funny how it says ghost peppers but shows reapers on the label.
