    If you’re doing it on the regular add in a legume-derived protein source, ie soy or pea protein. Seitan is great but wheat doesn’t have meaningful amounts of lysine = not a complete protein source.

    I’m surprised it’s so white on the inside after marinating. Honestly looks to me like a roasted loaf of regular bread with glaze lol
