Finally received my first ever grill. Gonna start real small before building up to my ideas of nicely cooked loins of venison and barbecued veggies 🙂

Smoke pulled pork or bake some chicken first. Be careful with inferno mode she gets hoootttttt.

Welcome to the family! If you do not have one, get yourself a cast iron pan too. Don’t need anything fancy. Cooking outdoors is a lot of fun!

I use the small joe a lot more. Its my grilling joe now.

Have the same one. It’s been great. Would recommend getting it on a nest with casters. Unless you plan on keeping it stationary. Made a huge difference for me

Hardest part of ownership is getting that dang bubble wrap off the stand.
