I received a beautiful charcuterie board as a gift. But when I used it I feel I didn't do it justice. What can I do to make this a more pleasing display?

Put crackers in blank spots and maybe add some bunches of grapes, olives, dark chocolates, or pickled okra

Add some other things other than meat and cheese

    Hehe cranberry turd.

You got good stuff so enjoy the board, you did good.

The majority of boards that successfully look good is because they are jampacked with food, every cm² needs to be covered to ooze abundance.

Crackers, bread/cheese sticks, grapes, apple, pineapple, watermelon, carrot, pickles, olives, nuts, raisons, and a dip in middle.

Pack it up and do some sort of symmetric placement so two or more people can eat the same item without crossing hands.

okay not trying to be vulgar but this literally looks like a dick and balls 😭 maybe put the shaft shaped piece towards the outside and the rose salami as the center piece, and fill the empty gaps with fruit and nuts like others suggested!

When I buy the cracker-cut cheese, I like to cut the stacks of them in half diagonally to make a bunch of triangles and then line those up. I would add fruit and crackers to fill it up. It looks good!

If you’re not going to fill the board maybe leave the blue centre unfilled?

Not crowded enough just based on what I’ve seen here before that looks really good. You could do this spread on a smaller board or add more to keep it on this board.

More diagonals on the display! Maybe also set the meat rose in the center?

  9. Crackers, crostini, fruits both fresh and dried, nuts, chocolate if you’re interested not that, store or homemade Parmesan crisps, even veggies

When it comes to charcuterie more is more!

Garnish: olives, sprigs of herbs, berries, sliced veggies. Non-protein items to balance it out.

There’s no crackers 🙁 Also add some fruit and nuts
