    As a practical tool the Dolly skillets are as good as any Lodge skillet.

    But the main purpose of the Dolly skillets is not to be a practical tool. The main purpose of the Dolly skillets is to hang on the wall and remind us to work daily to be the person Dolly knows we can be.

    I have one. It’s a great lodge like the rest of their stuff. It was on sale super cheap at Costco I had to buy it.

    I have one of their embossed skillets and it’s great! Wish I had waited to purchase this one and support Dolly’s causes. Mine was used with point vouchers through my job.

    I would cheerfully mount that skillet on the wall by my front door. It’s the perfect thing for chasing salesmen, scammers and JW’s off the porch of my trailer.

    I wouldn’t actually use it on them, however. That pattern is a dead giveaway at the ME’s office.

    Have a huge Dolly one and a few of the wildlife ones. They hang on the wall next to the 2 soldiers I use daily. Keeps them in line

    The only reason I don’t already have these pans is because I already have hand me down cast iron pans and really don’t need any more pans. 

    Lodge skillets are great. Dolly is great. Fully support

    If I was allowed a cast iron hanging wall, I’d have a Dolly cast iron hanging there. Probably the Jolene one though.

    I use it for making stuffing for turkeys,, works well but only between 9 am and 5 pm.

    Dolly seems to be cashing in recently. I’ve seen a lot more things with her name on it. I think Betty Crocker has a line of mixes. I wonder if this is to help her charities continue long term.
