This is how we eat it in Greece: crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, briny olives, and of course a big slab of feta on top. No lettuce, ever! Just the freshest ingredients, good olive oil (from my parents olive grove), and oregano (can actually be freshly picked in Greece) It’s incredibly simple yet incredibly flavorful, and it comes together in just 10 minutes. Honestly, whoever invented this salad is a genius.
