  1. Too many dishes tbh, I just make soft scrambled eggs in one medium walled pan with Mexican sour cream usually and chives which I just snip so I don’t have to use a cutting board, take it off onto my plate, put the bun and whatever other protein like turkey or bacon, do it in the same pan, assemble it with some cheese if I’m feeling it and go to town. One pan, one plate. I get the timing thing tho you could do the eggs that way, but I’d just mix them in one bowl that’s going into the microwave

  2. Some notes: the mortadella does a little better with a very small amount if oil or butter, like a half teaspoon, also some weight will help make it crispy and even, . It burns easily so keep it on 5-6 (medium or right above medium). If your microwave sucks do like 20 second zaps and then take the egg and mix in between so you dont have a bunch of liquid egg under or in the middle of an overcooked portion. The heat from the egg will melt processed cheese you dont need to put it in the frying pan and risk it sliding off. Very thin ham or baloney might kinda work too but mortadella is the best. Happy cooking yall.

  3. Saw the short of Jose Andres explain the omelet, made one, ate it, made another, ate it, made another ate it. I went through 6 eggs in a stupid small amount of time.

  4. probably the first recipe from a youtube chef that i can confidently say i’ve made many times

  5. Can we replace the burger buns with bagels?

(Asking that because i dont have any burger buns atm ^^')

  6. This is amazing I tried it out, and it's very good. I might use this all the time lol

  7. Tried this out. I’ll admit I was skeptical, but the eggs actually came out super good! Thank you! 🙂

  8. If I'm heating up a pan, I'm not microwaving the FN egg. It doesn't add time to fry it, it would taste better, and there's less to wash.

  9. 5mins? 😂 what a joke.

Cooking includes getting the ingredients and tools out and washing them after…

  10. I don't get the hype with american "cheese" just use real cheese. still melts and tastes waaaaaaay better
