Picked up the ribeyes for $10/lb. Made saffron orzo risotto, sous vide bay scallops, and asparagus to serve with it.

    Looks great. Personally I always like something on the steak, even if it’s just butter cooked in the frypan leftovers, or a jus, but that’s clearly just me.

    Ribeye looks decent. Asparagus kinda stringy (you’ve got a month or two before it’s in season), and I have no idea what that other mess is.
