    Anthony Bourdain was a true treasure to the culinary world.
    All the knowledge and prestige that turns most chef’s into pompous self-important jerks, but chose instead to fall in love with food even praising waffle house.

    While this is an amazing sandwich I like to think that Anthony’s favorite sandwich probably changed over the course of his life, just like any normal foodie when they are in different moods, and this sandwich has been (rightfully so) hailed as his favorite because he talked so fondly about it, but lets be honest :

    The guy’s favorite sandwich probably changed 50 times a year, he’s the ultimate food lover.
