If you must know…assuming this is Pizza Hut by the looks. MacroFactor says 1 slice from a plain 14” is 321 cals, 14g P, 14g F, 35g C
Honestly, don’t be hard on yourself though. If you have been behaving for 8 weeks, you deserve to have a proper cheat day without worrying about calories and whatnot. Just eat!
